Full description
Reservation is a mobile productivity app for employees and authorized partners to create and manage SAP material reservations anywhere, anytime. Designed for teams in production, maintenance, warehouse, and field operations, the app connects securely to your company’s SAP system to streamline reservation creation (MB21) with real-time validation and fewer errors.
What you can do
Create SAP reservations: Quickly create reservation headers and line items, aligned with your SAP configuration (plants, storage locations, movement types).
Real-time master data checks: Validate materials, batches, stock availability, cost centers/WBS elements, and required fields before posting.
Barcode/QR scanning: Search and add materials by scanning item or bin labels (if enabled).
Drafts and templates: Save common reservations as templates to speed up repeat tasks.
Review and edit: View open reservations, adjust quantities, or add notes before final submission.
Activity history and audit: Review your recent actions with timestamps and document numbers.
Notifications: Get alerts for submission status and follow-up actions (if enabled).
Multi-language: Supports English and additional languages per your corporate settings.
Integration
SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA backend.
Uses standard SAP integration (e.g., BAPI_RESERVATION_CREATE1/OData) or your organization’s approved interface.
Honors SAP authorizations and roles; the app does not bypass backend security.
