Wybrane funkcje aplikacji:
1. Powiadamianie o alarmie
Każdy Klient Solid Security korzystający z aplikacji MySolid jest bezzwłocznie informowany o uruchomieniu alarmu w dowolnym obiekcie znajdującym się na liście chronionych lokalizacji.
2. Zgłoszenie alarmu
Aplikacja MySolid pozwala na zgłoszenie alarmu dla dowolnego obiektu, z dowolnego miejsca i o dowolnej porze, bez konieczności dzwonienia, oczekiwania na połączenie i bez rozmowy z operatorem.
3. Odwołanie alarmu
W przypadku braku zagrożenia łatwo jest odwołać alarm aby uniknąć interwencji, fałszywego alarmu i dodatkowych kosztów.
4. Zgłoszenie alarmu z opóźnieniem (alarm Amber)
Korzystając z MySolid można się zabezpieczyć przed sytuacją zagrożenia przez ustawienie opóźnionego alarmu. W sytuacji gdy ktoś nieznajomy dzwoni do drzwi i jest niebezpieczeństwo, że to może być napad, użytkownik może włączyć opóźniony alarm Amber. Jeżeli nastąpi napad to po odliczeniu czasu alarm zostanie wysłany automatycznie, nawet wtedy kiedy osoba będzie skrępowana. Natomiast jeżeli nic się nie wydarzy to użytkownik ponownie wyłącza odliczanie i nie zostanie powiadomiony patrol Grupy Interwencyjnej.
5. Kod PIN
Zarówno zgłoszenie jak i odwołanie alarmu można dodatkowo zabezpieczyć kodem PIN
6. Autoryzacja urządzenia
Do korzystania z aplikacji konieczna jest wcześniejsza rejestracja usługi w Solid Security
7. Lista obiektów
Aplikacja MySolid pozwala na przeglądanie listy obiektów należących do Klienta i pozostających pod ochroną Solid Security w swoim własnym telefonie.
