Die speziell von der Oltmer Food Consulting GmbH programmierte OFC Pro-Senso App dient der digitalisierten Ergebniserfassung und -auswertung von sensorischen Lebensmittelprüfungen. Eine einfache Bewertungseingabe und die schnelle Auswertung der sensorischen Evaluationen sind im Tagesgeschäft von Lebensmittelunternehmen unter anderem in der Produktentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle von Bedeutung. Dabei ermöglicht die OFC Pro-Senso App eine einfache Durchführung von zum Beispiel Lagertests, MHD-Prüfungen sowie Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen. Sensorische Auswirkungen durch Rezepturänderungen, den Austausch von Rohwaren oder Änderungen im Produktionsverfahren sind über unsere Testmethoden einfach festzustellen und Produktvergleiche schnell durchzuführen. Alle in der App hinterlegten Prüfmethoden basieren auf internationalen Normen und werden stets auf den neusten Stand der Wissenschaft angepasst.
Durch die OFC Pro-Senso App stehen aufbereitete Daten unmittelbar zur Ergebnisdiskussion, Präsentation und Dokumentation zur Verfügung. Sie ermöglicht einen zeitnahen Datentransfer über das OFC-IT-System und garantiert eine enorme Zeitersparnis und Fehlerreduktion durch den Wegfall papierbasierter Prüfbögen und Ergebnisauswertungen.
Prüfmethoden und Tests können speziell auf Kundenwunsch programmiert und Anpassungen der App entsprechend individueller Anforderungen vorgenommen werden.
