With the Ogulo® App you can create impressive virtual real estate tours in just a few seconds without any technical knowledge, which will impress both owners and interested parties.
How to create a virtual tour with Ogulo:
1. Connect your smartphone with a variety of popular 360° cameras using the Ogulo® App.
2. Follow live on your smartphone what you are about to photograph with the 360° camera and adjust the 360° image in real time (light / dark / HDR).
3. To make sure you are not visible on the picture, leave the room and use your smartphone as a remote trigger for the 360° camera via the Ogulo® App.
4. The recorded 360° images can be named and linked to a virtual tour directly within the Ogulo® App.
5. You can then send the virtual tour to your customers via email, SMS, Facebook, and Whatsapp.
The most important functions at a glance:
- Automatic straightening (prevents the tedious alignment of the tripod)
- Live view (see live what you are about to capture)
- HDR recording (3-series continuous shooting for images with a higher dynamic range)
- Brightness control
- Timer (5 and 10 seconds)
- Naming of tours and rooms as well as the allocation of floors
- Share virtual tours by email, SMS, Facebook, and Whatsapp
- Upload the tours into the Ogulo® Manager to use other functions such as:
o Password and statistics tool
o Integration of info spots within the 360° panorama photo (text, image, PDF & video)
o Automatic floor plan creation
o Virtual interior design
