your Android device and PC should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you don't have the same Wi-Fi network, you can create a hotspot and then use File PC App.

Method For Using File PC APP
*Open the APP and Press on Start Button. Than in Just Second Server is Started and Shows the Link or URL or Link.(FTP://)
Method 1: Using The File Explorer
*Open The File Explorer on your PC
*Enter The Link or Url Which is Show on FTP Server (Application). Than Press Enter.
All Files Shown on File Explorer Window Which is in your Mobile. You Can drag or copy paste the file to your desktop Location
Method 2: Using The Run
Open Run from Start Menu or (Win + R) Shortcut Key.Than Enter The Link or Url Which is Show on FTP Server (Application). Press Enter so you are Redirected to any Browser Window or File Explorer.
All Files Shown on File Explorer Window or Broswer Window Which is in your Mobile. You Can drag the file from the FTP server to the desktop.
