Beschreibung
Dalam operasionalnya, petugas menggunakan Pratul untuk mencetak dan menyerahkan invoice tagihan listrik secara langsung ke pelanggan. Setelah invoice diberikan, petugas diwajibkan mengambil foto bukti penyerahan invoice tersebut. Foto ini tidak hanya sekadar dokumentasi visual, tetapi juga dilengkapi dengan tag GPS dan tanggal otomatis, guna menjamin keabsahan lokasi dan waktu penyerahan invoice.
Semua data—termasuk foto, lokasi, dan waktu—akan secara otomatis diunggah ke server pusat. Data yang telah terkumpul ini kemudian dapat dikompilasi menjadi laporan terstruktur dalam format Microsoft Excel, yang dapat diakses oleh pihak manajemen untuk keperluan audit, pelacakan distribusi, atau evaluasi kerja petugas.
