La nuova applicazione ProTYMBRO è una APP business, creata espressamente per gestire le marcature da device mobile in modalità ON LINE.
La APP è espressamente integrata con la piattaforma gestionale ProFORMA.
Dal software è possibile effettuare una serie di operazioni:
La marcatura in entrata ed uscita
La possibilità di resettare una marcata in caso di errore. Si dispone di circa 20 secondi per fare questa operazioni
La possibilità di visualizzare marcate incoerenti, cioè dispari nelle varie giornate
La possibilità di visionare le proprie marcate da APP nelle varie giornate
La soluzione ha un suo scopo all’interno del sistema di soluzioni software della piattaforma gestionale ProFORMA. Nello specifico la APP rappresenta una estensione del modulo ProTEMPORE di cui esso fa parte.
L’utilizzo della APP non può essere fatto se non in presenza di una registrazione preventiva sulla piattaforma gestionale, la quale viene richiesta in modo preventivo al lancio dell’icona dopo averLa scaricata.
