Description
Оператор охранного предприятия увидит на карте системы GeoRITM местоположение всех ГБР, оснащенных планшетами с приложением Ritm Guard.
При обработке тревоги система GeoRITM сама предложит оператору список ближайших ГБР, которые можно отправить на стационарный или мобильный охраняемый объект.
При приеме вызова, на планшет ГБР передается актуальная информация из карточки объекта в системе GeoRITM - адрес, фото объекта, его местоположение на карте, список сработавших датчиков и контакты ответственных лиц. Эта информация доступна сотрудникам вызванной группы только в процессе обработки тревоги.
В приложении отображается журнал обработки тревоги. Оператор и сотрудники ГБР могут обмениваться текстовыми сообщениями, которые фиксируются в журнале с указанием времени. Фиксируется вызов, прием вызова и прибытие ГБР на объект, а также все комментарии и действия группы и оператора.
Приложение проговаривает голосом основные события, такие как получение нового вызова, его отмену или завершение. Есть голосовое оповещение о потере и восстановлении связи с оператором. При появлении в журнале нового сообщения включается короткий звуковой сигнал.
Из приложения можно совершить звонок ответственному лицу или вызвать навигационную программу, которая проведет ГБР к объекту по оптимальному маршруту.
Приложение Ritm Guard работает с системой мониторинга GeoRITM версии 2.4.2 и новее. Для подключения приложения Ritm Guard к системе GeoRITM в меню "ГБР" системы администрирования нужно создать ГБР с указанием логина и пароля для подключения.
