Smart scheduling Recurring or one-off sessions, with support for absences, exemptions, extra sessions, pauses, and time off. The app automatically adjusts affected appointments, keeping your schedule and billing always consistent.

Integrated financial control View paid, pending, and overdue sessions with automatic calculation based on your billing model: per session, fixed monthly, or variable monthly. For groups, control is individual per participant, with support for advance payments.

Effortless communication Send charges, reminders, and online session links directly via WhatsApp in one tap.

Reliable reminders Configurable notifications per client, with an architecture that ensures delivery even on devices with aggressive battery management.

Your data, on your device All clinical and financial data is stored locally. The app only transmits a technical device identifier and the time of the next reminder to the server — no names, values, or clinical data travel over the network. Full backup available at any time.

Free and premium plans The free plan supports up to 10 active clients. Premium expands the limits, adds time-off periods, and unlocks advanced financial statistics and detailed monthly history.

Available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
