Beschreibung
Principalmente de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado, carreteras, caminos, vialidades, alumbrado público, tiraderos a cielo abierto y disposición inadecuada de residuos sólidos urbanos.
Está destinada para el uso de servidores públicos de áreas operativas y normativas de la administración pública municipal, incluyendo tomadores de decisiones.
Para su uso se realiza la descarga de la aplicación desde Play Store, se procede al alta del usuario, puntualizándose que la información será de uso privado, protegida por lineamientos de encriptación seguros y confiables.
La aplicación brinda las opciones de selección del servicio o queja a reportar.
Al realizar una toma fotográfica, y acceder al sistema de manera inmediata, se transfiere la imagen a la plataforma tecnológica.
En caso de tratarse de una anomalía, falla o suspensión de un servicio, se deberá detallar la dirección, y el sistema precisará la ubicación, vía georreferenciación.
La información es transferida al área de competencia, para la revisión y análisis por parte del personal respectivo, con fines de gestión, programación y -en caso de ser procedente- respuesta favorable, en los tiempos pertinentes.
SIACentro brindará información útil para la priorización de demandas y necesidades, con impactos favorables en términos de tiempos, costos, beneficiarios y valor público.
