Privacy: Only local stopwatch state (elapsed milliseconds, running status, last mode) is stored on device. No personal or sensitive data collected or transmitted by the app. A single banner ad (Google Mobile Ads) may process standard device/usage signals for ad delivery. Reliability: Stopwatch timing uses the system monotonic clock to avoid drift if the user changes the device time zone or clock. State persistence ensures you can return later and continue where you left off.
Offline behavior: Clock and stopwatch function fully offline. If the ad request fails, a small neutral placeholder occupies the banner area to maintain layout stability.
Designed for: Users needing a clear, always‑readable time or elapsed timer on desks, workouts, cooking, presentations, streaming overlays, or focus sessions.
Why use it: Simplicity over clutter—no laps, no extraneous animations, no push notifications; just large, accurate time.
Permissions: Network (for ads) and wakelock while stopwatch runs. No location, storage, contacts, microphone, or camera access.
Ad transparency: Single banner at bottom; no intrusive interstitials or rewarded ads.
Future roadmap (not yet included): Optional 12/24‑hour toggle, localization, lap times, haptic feedback.
