Instructions: How to add widget
» Long press the empty place on home screen.
» Choose "Widgets".
» Find and Click "flashlight" to add.
No extra and odd permissions only Camera access permission is required to open the flash in torch mode.
And again, there is no APPLICATION, it's only a WIDGET :)

P.S (Flashlight widget will not work properly if you have Face Unlock enabled, as the camera cannot be accessed by two apps at the same time)
