Kuvaus
To use the app, users simply input information about their location, roof orientation, and energy usage. The app will then provide a personalized solar panel system recommendation, taking these factors into account to ensure the best possible fit for the user's needs.
In addition to determining the ideal solar panel system size and cost, the app also includes an operation mode selection that allows users to choose between UPS mode, grid mode, or off-grid mode. Users can also select the desired storage duration, and the app will automatically fetch satellite data for the user's location to determine the required battery size to ensure they don't get left in the dark.
There are a few limitations to keep in mind with the app at this stage. For example, it is assumed that the inverter has one built-in MPPT charge controller and that inverters can be paralleled to create a larger system. The app also currently has only one default panel, inverter, and battery, but users can input their own equipment specifications if they'd like.
