●App Description
SmartTouchPad uses the standard Bluetooth HID protocol to turn your device into a Touchpad, Numeric Keypad, Media Remote, and advanced data entry tool. NO SOFTWARE INSTALLATION is required on your PC.

- NUMERIC KEYPAD MODE: Optimized layout for data entry. Includes a "Flick Numpad" to input symbols like * + $ / = with a single swipe.
- BARCODE SCANNER: Turn your phone into a professional wireless barcode reader. Essential for inventory management, warehouse tasks, or price research (Reselling/Arbitrage).
- TEXT READER (OCR): Extract alphanumeric text from your camera and send it instantly to your PC. Eliminate manual transcription errors.
- VOICE INPUT (AI Speech-to-Text): Speak into your phone and watch the text appear instantly on your PC. Optimized for English input, it’s a game-changer for long-form writing or hands-free notes. Includes button essential keys like BS/Enter/Space.
- MEDIA CONTROL (YouTube Optimized): Dedicated buttons for Seek Forward/Backward, Full-Screen toggle, and Volume adjustment.

● SECURITY & PRIVACY
Q: Is this app safe?
A: YES. Since it uses standard HID, your PC sees it as a "Standard Keyboard." It CANNOT access your system files or private data.
Q: Does it collect data?
A: NO. This app has NO INTERNET PERMISSION. It is technically impossible for data to be sent to external servers. Your privacy is physically protected.
● COMPATIBILITY NOTES
- SMARTPHONE: Some devices may not support the Bluetooth HID profile (e.g., certain entry-level models).
- PC SIDE: If you experience unintended characters (like forced IME switching), please disable the "Force Half-width Input" feature in the app settings.
