(2) Bluetooth signal meter
- Necessary and sufficient conditions: Android device must be turned on and receive the Bluetooth signal strength of the devices you are connecting to.
- Bluetooth signal meter: This is useful so you have enough data to determine which location the device has the best Bluetooth signal to connect to for data transfer between the two devices.
