Notes
Microphones in most android devices are aligned to human voice meter in sonometro, max sound. The maximum values are limited by the device. Very loud sounds over ~90 dB may not be recognized in most device. So please use it as just an auxiliary tools. If you need more accurate dB values, we recommend an actual sound level meter for that.
Levels of Noise In decibels or dB according to American Academy of Audiology:
140 dB - Gun shot sounds - dB navigator
130 dB - Ambulance volume - modem sound
120 dB - Jet planes taking off loudness meter
110 dB – Concerts Hz meter, Car horns volume meter
100 dB – Snowmobiles soundmeter
90 dB - Power tools audio meter
80 dB - Alarm clocks volume meter
70 dB – Traffic noise level meter, vacuums noise measurement
60 dB - Normal conversation decibel scale
50 dB - Moderate rainfall sounds free
40 dB - Quiet library noise level
30 dB - Whisper sound effects
20 dB - Leaves rusting measure environmental noise
10 dB – Breathing sound frequency
