IDXpert® accelerates and simplifies the prescribed product tests, structures your documentation and reminds you when tests are due. An indispensable increase in efficiency through the combination of radio frequency identification technology - RFID for short - with a modern database. Tiresome searching and archiving of test certificates is a thing of the past. SpanSet is not only considered a pioneer in the textile lifting and load securing technology. We were also the first company to recognize the potential of RFID technology years ago. Constant further development of the software and new transponders have turned the "basic product" from back then into a powerful system that is second to none. IDXpert® is constantly being further developed in close dialogue between customers, developers and programmers. IDXpert® supports all processes related to the regular testing of products that require testing. Independent of the internet, the test data can be updated anytime and anywhere. For the user, this means a considerable simplification of the controls as well as time and cost savings.
Used internationally
Due to years of further development in countless workshops with users, IDXpert® has become even more user-friendly. Consideration of European product standards, further developed transponders, the use of different writing/reading devices and a wide range of possible uses of the software are reasons why IDXpert® is now setting international standards in the industry.
IDXpert® is incredibly flexible and clearly stands out from the other systems available on the market. The system can be operated in a network with up-to-date data synchronization or alone on a PC, laptop or tablet as a stand-alone solution. Similar to a stand-alone solution, IDXpert® Mobil can also be operated in combination with the IDXpert database on a smartphone. In addition, the online platform IDXpert® Portal offers you the option of storing the product and test data you have already collected free of charge, which enables you to call up and view test data and certificates via the Internet at any time, for example with a smartphone.
Above all, you save one thing: time. Reading in the products to be tested is done in no time at all, as is the issue of test certificates. A quantum leap compared to Excel spreadsheets that are often used due to a lack of alternatives. The complete documentation of tests, repairs, testers and products is essential for safety, legal certainty and sometimes also for better accident prevention. IDXpert® closes the gaps!
