APP主要功能
• 公布佈告：即時接收大樓相關資訊，避免錯過重要通知。
• 訪客及臨停：外賓來訪管理，包含訪客證申請、記錄進出時間，及臨時停車位預約，透過APP簡化訪客管理流程，使用戶可以方便快捷地處理外賓來訪事宜，提升工作效率。
• 信件包裹管理：郵務包裹領取通知，用戶可及時取件，減少頻繁查看郵箱的時間。
• 報修服務：提供便捷的設備報修和進度追蹤功能，使用戶能夠快速反映問題，並追蹤問題解決進展。
