Description
System mierzy i rejestruje temperaturę i wilgotność względną powietrza w przestrzeni ładunkowej lub w opakowaniach transportowych. Jest niezbędny wszędzie tam, gdzie nadzorowany jest łańcuch dostaw produktów wrażliwych na warunki klimatyczne - temperaturę i wilgotność względną.
Na system monitorowania warunków transportu TRANS-LOGGER-B składa się zestaw urządzeń z własnym niezależnym zasilaniem:
Panel kontrolny, którym może być dowolny smartfon lub tablet z systemem Android od wersji 6.
Do 30-stu czujników temperatury i wilgotności względnej powietrza z pamięcią pomiarów umieszczonych w obszarach kontrolowanych: termohigrometrów - rejestratorów LB-511 zapisujących w swojej pamięci wyniki pomiary temperatury i wilgotności względnej powietrza.
Aplikacja TRANS-LOGGER-B:
- wyświetla na ekranie bieżące wyniki pomiarów i informacje o współpracujących czujnikach,
- pobiera na życzenie zarejestrowane w pamięci czujników wyniki pomiarów temperatury i wilgotności,
- po przekroczeniu zaprogramowanych progów alarmowych sygnalizuje stany alarmu z czujników:
optycznie na ekranie urządzenia (kolorem czerwonym),
sygnałami dźwiękowymi,
komunikatami głosowymi
wysyłanymi emailami i SMS-ami,
- prowadzi rejestracje w postaci raportów z pomiarami dla kolejnych dostaw, umożliwia prezentację historii pomiarów w formie graficznej dla zadanego okresu raportu,
- umożliwia eksport raportu z historią pomiarów z zadanego okresu czasu do plików w formatach CSV oraz PDF,
- umożliwia wysłanie elektroniczną pocztą email historii pomiarów z zadanego okresu czasowego w plikach w formacie CSV i PDF,
- umożliwia ciągłe przesyłanie przez siec telefonii komórkowej GSM danych pomiarowych do nadrzędnego systemu kontroli transportu opartego o program Serwer LBX pracującego pod kontrolą systemu Windows
