NAVI TripRequest hace parte del ecosistema de soluciones NAVI, plataforma que permite gestionar las solicitudes de servicio, viajes, rutas, itinerarios, turnos de operación, etc. Como parte de esta gestión, NAVI registra de forma granular todo el ciclo de vida de estos procesos de transporte. Adicionalmente, realiza el trabajo de seguimiento y control de la operación de forma automática.
