Wie funktioniert UDO?
Mit UDO lassen sich in Breitband-Projekten „unabhängig von Zeit und Raum“ jegliche Art von Aufgaben, Dokumenten oder Formularen digital bearbeiten und verwalten. Mittels einer Schnittstelle oder auch über das Web Frontend des Systems lassen sich sowohl On- wie auch Offline Dokumente/Formulare/Fotos/Skizzen integrieren, sowie Aufträge, Aufgaben und Rechte an bestimmten Personen vergeben.
Die Anbindung und der fehlerfreie Austausch, sowie die effiziente Übernahme von Daten/Informationen mit Drittsystemen (z. B. mit unserer Netzrolloutmanagement-Software DiPS-Glasfaser oder einem CRM) kann jederzeit umgesetzt werden.
Beispielhafte Anwendungsmöglichkeiten:
Mit UDO lässt sich auch Ihr individueller Lösungsansatz für Ihr Vorgehen umsetzen, um den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichtern und papierlos zu gestalten!
Beispielsweise für die Auftragserfassung direkt vor Ort beim Kunden:
Wenn sich beispielsweise ein Stadtwerk dazu entscheidet, das Vertriebsteam für die Glasfaser-Endkundenverträge direkt zum Kunden zu schicken, erfordert es ein Tool, welches die notwendigen Daten abfragt. Mit UDO kann dann z.B. der Produktvertrag, das SEPA-Lastschriftmandat und der Anbieterwechselauftrag papierlos erzeugt und diese dann an das dafür vorgesehene CRM-System übermittelt werden.
Oder für die Hausanschlussbegehungen:
Geplante Hausanschlussbegehungen werden durch den Technischen Außendienst durchgeführt. UDO ermöglicht es, die vereinbarten Termine für den Techniker übersichtlich auf einem mobilen Endgerät zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der Techniker kann diese, ihm zugeteilten Aufgaben bzw. Termine öffnen und einsehen und öffnen und das dazugehörige Formular bearbeiten, sowie Daten, Zeichnungen und Fotos integrieren. Dadurch wird mit UDO z.B. die Eigentümer-Vollmacht, die Auftragserteilung, die Mehrspartenbegehung und die Hausanschlussbegehung papierlos erzeugt und die Daten werden für den weiteren Bauprozess an das jeweilige CRM-System übermittelt.
