Virtual queuing for long lines
The system can let customers waiting in long lines see their place in line on their phone so that they can arrive when it is their turn. It can combine a people counter as well, so that once the maximum occupancy is reached clients can add themselves to the waiting queue online. It is the perfect system for long outdoor lines at such as at bars and events.

Features:

- Can be used across multiple entrances - The counter and queue manager can synchronize across multiple devices.

- When the occupancy level reaches maximal capacity customers can begin adding themselves to the lineup online.

- Customers are called to the entrance in small groups to facilitate smooth entry for large numbers of people.

- Customers do not have to give personal information when joining the queue online. They simply present a barcode at the entrance to enter the place of business.

- Analytics let you see the occupancy level and number of entries to your business throughout the day in graphical and tabular formats. You can download a csv file to do your own analysis.

- The app works on any device.

- The application, when synced with other devices, updates all the synchronized devices in real time when the count number or line positions change.

- The application can be easily sent from your device to employees, without a need to access their device, and can be remotely removed when needed.

- There is a distinction between administrators and regular users - regular users can increase, decrease, and reset the counter, as well as manage the queue; However only administrators can perform sensitive operations, like sending the counter to other people, removing it from other people's devices, changing subscriptions, etc.

- A maximum capacity can be set for the counter by an admin for all synced devices, so that once the maximum capacity is passed the counter circle turns red and the device vibrates.

- Business owners and managers can see how many customers are present in their place of business on their phone from anywhere.

- The counter counts the number of people who have entered your business and records it every time you click 'reset'. You can view the history on a graph or in table form.

- You can decide which counter buttons are displayed on the screen. This way you can have one employee count just the people entering a place, while another employee counts just the people exiting the same place.

- The counter's add and subtract buttons can be positioned vertically or horizontally for maximum ergonomic comfort.

- The counter can be set to increment or decrement more than one number at a time.

- Customers can see their place in line on an app that is updated in real time.

- Customers can add themselves to the line online easily and without handing out any personal details.

The application is ideal for busy restaurant, shopping centers, malls, night clubs, bars, events such as concerts, or any place where people have to line up to enter.
