virtic digitalisiert und automatisiert den Zeitwirtschaftsprozess von der Disposition über die Zeiterfassung und die automatische Lohnvorbereitung und Reisekostenabrechnung bis zum Export in Ihr Lohnprogramm oder die ERP-Software.
Diese App ist eine Erweiterung der virtic Zeitwirtschaft für Android-Smartphones. Mit dieser App erfassen Mitarbeiter komfortabel ihre Arbeitszeiten beim Kunden, auf der Baustelle, in der Werkstatt oder im Büro. Die Zeitstempel werden sofort auf die virtic-Server übertragen und stehen damit zur Verarbeitung zur Verfügung. Die Zeitstempel werden automatisiert für die Lohnabrechnung, Reisekostenabrechnung und Kostenrechnung aufbereitet.

NFC-Funktionen
Im Gegensatz zur Web-App bietet die Android-App zusätzlich NFC-Funtionen:
- Stationäre Zeiterfassung: Mitarbeiter melden sich mit ihrem NFC-Tag (Schlüsselanhänger) an dem auf der Baustelle oder im Büro montierten und als Stechuhr eingesetzten Smartphone an.
- mobile Zeiterfassung für Teams: Arbeiter melden sich mit ihrem NFC-Tag (Schlüsselanhänger) an dem Smartphone des Vorarbeiters oder Poliers an.
- Erfassung von Fahrzeugen, Maschinen und Werkzeugen: Nutzungs- und Betriebszeiten werden erfasst und auf Kostenstellen/-träger gebucht
