The app displays your current WAI grid reference and county in real time using GPS, with a clear, high-contrast interface designed for quick reference while mobile.

Live WAI grid reference and county display
Audible alert when your grid or county changes
Driver-friendly QSO logging with minimal input
Pre-set frequency and mode applied automatically to all contacts
ADIF export for easy upload to logging software and online logbooks
WAI recorded as a SIG (Special Interest Group) in ADIF for both stations
All data stored locally on the device
Privacy & data usage
Location is used only to calculate grid and county
No tracking, analytics, or advertising
Logs are exported only when you choose to share them
WAI Grid is designed to be fast, simple, and practical in the field, supporting safe operation and accurate logging for WAI grid activations.
