Unlike classic geofencing apps that rely on circular zones and radius sizes, BeepLine works with linear boundaries. This offers greater precision in many use cases, especially when passing a specific street, a turning point, a shoreline, or a planned boundary during a walk, sail, or drive.
Main Features
• Set a longitude or latitude line as a virtual boundary
• Get notified instantly when you cross the line
• Choose between music, sound alarm, vibration, or both
• Works offline – ideal for remote or low-coverage areas
• Easy-to-use interface, no login or unnecessary permissions
Example Use Cases
• Exploring new areas – know when you've gone beyond a desired perimeter

• Meeting someone outdoors – set a line to know when someone enters a zone

Privacy-first
BeepLine does not track or store your location. All processing is done on-device. No accounts, no data collection, no ads.
The application uses OpenStreetMap (ODbL) maps via the osmdroid library.
