How to Book a Ride with Koogle
Booking a ride with Koogle is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps
Open the app and sign up
Download the Koogle app and create your account
Set your destination
Enter your destination. Your current location is automatically detected. To update your pick up point simply tap and adjust the location on the map during the Confirm Pick Up screen
Choose your vehicle type
Select the vehicle category that suits your needs from Economy to Premium or even SUVs for larger groups 7 seater including the driver
Confirm and track your ride
Tap Confirm Koogle. Once your ride is accepted you will be able to track your driver in real time
Receive arrival notification
You will be notified once the driver arrives. Please ensure notifications from Koogle are enabled on your device
Enjoy your ride
Sit back and relax as Koogle takes you to your destination safely and comfortably
