ZwakalaRide
ZwakalaRide is an app designed to connect customers with drivers from various transporters by offering e-hailing as a service.

Transporters/associations can then offer e-hailing service without incurring technology costs. Supported transporters include:
- Metered taxis service,
- Scooter/Food delivery services and
- Parcel/Logistics/Goods delivery services.

As a multi-vendor solution, ZwakalaRide will show prices from various transporters operating on the selected pickup area. This allows Customers to select or exclude transporters based on preference, performance or affordability.

ZwakalaRide is funded through a service fee of 8 percent of fares and separately a booking fee calculated 2.00 ZAR to 3 percent of fares costs. Booking fees are charged directly from customers and collected through driver's coupons.

(a) Manage drivers, fleet, commissions and discounts anytime, anywhere.
(b)Enjoy a cost effective solution with:
- - No registration fees,
- - No annual licensing fees,
- - No annual maintenance fees,
- - No technology costs and
- - No exclusive contracts.
(c)Real-time monitoring of: commissions income, customer discounts, driver performance, customer queries and many more reports/trends.
(d)Transporters can restrict operations through defined geo-fencing predefined zones. Zones are used to restrict pickups from unsupported areas.

Managers from respective transporters can independently set-up fare rates and commissions (i.e. comm) per zone. Examples are tabled hereafter:

ZwakalaRide offers a fair discounts defined by transporter manager as follows:
-Start and End date
-Vehicle type
-Budget allocated for the campaign
-Minimum fare to activate the discount
-Percentage discount per ride
-Maximum discount amount per ride.
-Day of the week (e.g. mon-fri or wed only, sat and sun only)
-Hours of the day (e.g. 00-06 or 08-22 or 12,14,20-23)
