In addition to this application, our forecasts are issued via email, fax, telephone and instantly available through our web site. Meteorologists Rob Gilman and Bill Gile are the co-owners of Precision Weather Forecasting and since 1991 the company has become the 'LOCAL' Personalized Leader in site specific and time specific forecasting. A leading Boston publication stated that we are unmatched in the annals of weather forecasting. Our forecasts are highly reliable and extremely precise and accurate. Precision Weather Forecasting provides town specific forecasts, not a regional forecast that is made to look local. We provide Daily Forecasts to our clients, but when severe weather looks to impact a location we issue special STORM WARNING reports as much as 72 hours in advance! These Storm Warning reports are updated approximately every 6 hours before and during the event with intermediate reports as necessary to keep you informed. They are not your average forecast for Today, Tonight and Tomorrow!
Our exclusive Storm Warning reports break down the impending event into highly time specific and weather specific detail designed to help you make the right decisions in order to save money (check out our storm warning sample). It tells you everything you need to know about the approaching storm event in a simple easy to read one page format. When will it start? How long will it last? What conditions will occur during the event and when? And just as important...What's going to happen after its over?
Need information on past weather events? We've got that too! We can provide you with Certified Weather Statements and we also provide expert testimony from a certified consulting meteorologist should you need it.
Our clients include, but are not limited to; OVER 150 individual highway departments, local police and fire departments, electric and water departments, universities & grade schools, hospitals, hospice, museums, landscapers, plowing contractors, sporting events, fairs, weddings and film makers, all of who are dependent on accurate town and time specific weather forecasts.
