Been using ImgZilla for a couple weeks. It compresses images right where they are — same filename, path, and format — so nothing in my folders or project breaks afterward.

PNG/SVG come out truly lossless, JPEG/WebP/HEIC are visually lossless — checked a few with the built-in compare view and couldn't spot a difference. No quality slider to mess with either.
