yesterday evening I called the company. I was told that it is an international one and that there are people who speak English working there. The woman who took my call didn't want to speak English with me and instead of saying, I don't understand you, shes just hanged up the phone anytime I switched from my bad polish to my better English. She did it 5, 6 times. It was very annoying and humiliating and frustrating. I waited the cab under the rain for 20 minutes with luggage and bags because I was moving to a new flat. I called the lady many times and she hanged up the phone many times because I was speak English.

I will not use this company anymore because I don't want to allow this racist person to treat me this way again.
