Your quiz master challenge will not allow me to level up to cash out. I have followed all instructions condition to be able to do so. Please can you cash me out. I have did what is required. I even have a great star review. Now the problem is, it is not living out to cashing out. I even endured the $.001 to reach my goal, now this. I even endured not being able to cash out without a cash out minimum and now this. I even waited to see if it would start calculating so I can level up to cash out and now this.
