Arkham, Massachusetts 1929. Walter Gilman, a promising math student, has just moved to the city and is starting his studies at Miskatonic University. The Dombrowski’s boarding house where he resides has a bad reputation, but Walter doesn’t mind the old rumors... Until the dreams start. A hideous scheme is underway, and if Walter is not careful, it could cost him more than his life. It could cost him his soul.
Dreams in the Witch House is a unique mix of classic point and click adventure and open world RPG. The gameplay is nonlinear and many of the elements are generated randomly, making each playthrough different.
You have two months to prepare Walter for the dreaded May-Eve. How you spend the time is completely up to you: concentrate on studies, get friends and stay in good physical and mental state. Or explore the old rumours, read the forbidden books at Miskatonic University, and work on your occult thesis. Or just stay in bed, and hope that it all goes away!
Based on the short story "The Dreams in the Witch House" by H.P. Lovecraft.

Fixed an issue where leaving the library hall could have caused a crash if day cycle change happened at the same time
Fixed an issue where Walter might have got stuck at the library rooms, if room change and day cycle change happened at the same time
Fixed an issue where Walter commented about having a study session with Allison on Sunday dawn, if he missed the meeting on the Saturday before
Fixed an issue where Walter commented on the kidnapped child after waking up, even if he had saved the child already
Hovering mouse over Sickness status label in Character Bar now shows Sickness advancement rate multiplier
Added more detailed medicine descriptions to Witchopedia

Balance adjustments:
Sickness increase speed halved if Walter is not Drenched / Freezing
Adjusted Sickness increase / decrease values when Walter is sleeping / resting to be consistent

Normal difficulty: Increased starting money to 12 (was 10)
Easy difficulty: Increased starting money to 14 (was 12)
Easy difficulty: Weekly allowance increased to 14 dollars (was 12)
Easy difficulty: Exam money rewards increased by one dollar
Easy difficulty: Good sleep now grants +0.5 SAN bonus (was +0.2)

Disabled the map hotkey from all of the dream locations
Fixed an issue where travelling to the witch's hut after killing the rat could have still spawned the rat in that location
Fixed an issue where the "Investigator" achievement didn't unlock if the last required evidence triggered Armitage's "Joe's full story" dialog
Disabled the option to accidentally travel to the alien city, if Walter had not visited it before. Previously doing that could have caused errors

You can no longer skip the May-Eve event by spending the night in Elwood's room
Fixed an issue where using the rod at the island could have caused a freeze, if the text speed was set very low
Fixed an issue where not reporting to Armitage about being trapped in the basement could have caused a game freeze later on when exiting the Special Collection
Selecting the "Delete existing save games" option in the main menu now deletes existing save games
Fixed an issue where the rat could run through the damaged tin sheet rat hole cover
Giving the dead rat to Armitage, and telling all the facts about it at the same time, now gives all the correct evidence points
The option to ask Fisherman about the previous customer will now be properly removed, if Walter has the rod
Finding and interacting with the dead rat in the secret room will now unlock the "Exterminator" achievement
One variation of the bad endings will now unlock the "The Blind Idiot God" achievement

Fixed an issue where Walter wouldn't comment on the exam results, if he got exactly one exam point
Closing the notes / To-do list no longer disables the fast travel block
"The King in Yellow" index card in the card catalogue no longer causes issues when talking to Armitage
When staying the night at Elwood's place, the medicine dialog now shows only the valid medicines
Fixed an issue on the third dream, where injured Brown Jenkin could freeze the game while Walter was talking to the witch
Fixed an issue where interacting with the inventory books or the strange rod on the map screen could have caused a crash or a freeze
Pressing Esc at the dream world epilogue no longer freezes the game
Replaced one Public Domain store music track with another PD track
"Even Death May Die" achievement will now unlock if Walter dies during the ritual
Fixed an issue where showing an unfinished Theory papers to Armitage could have caused an error when showing the papers later again
