คำอธิบาย
After witnessing the gruesome and mysterious loss of her parents, found dismembered at their home, Fran rushes into the woods, together with her only friend, Mr. Midnight, a black cat that Fran had previously received as a present from her parents.
In the forest, Fran goes into shock over the loss of her parents and when she recovers, she’s at Oswald Asylum, an oppressive mental institution for children, and Mr. Midnight is nowhere to be found.
After having a dream about her beloved cat, Fran decides to escape from the mental institution to find him and go back home to Aunt Grace, her only living relative.

This is an update for the Windows version only.
Initial loading is a lot faster, graphics are only loaded when needed.
More compatible to older machines and graphic cards. White boxes should dissapear with this update.
NOTE: If you are experiencing slow gameplay, go to "Options and choose Shaders OFF.
Patch gog-3 (30 September 2015)Major changes:
You can now choose between different resolutions (Note: The game was drawn originally at 854x480)
You can turn on and off the shaders during pill mode
V-sync on and off
You can now double click on doors and windows for faster navigation
Minor fixes:
Fixed the feather bug in chapter 2 part 1
A song would overlap another one in chapter 3 when you entered the bar during spring
Typos in English and German/Russian languages
Important note:
In case you need to reset everything back to the original settings, press F10 in main menu.
