Patch 1.7 (11 October 2019)

We’re pleased to announce that Q.U.B.E. 2 now supports Italian subtitles! A big thanks to Alessandro Bambini for his great work and also to Alan Zucconi for his support work.

This update also includes Tobii Eye Tracking features for those of you with devices. Q.U.B.E. 2 includes Extended View – Eye and Head Tracking, and Interaction at Gaze.

Patch 1.5 (17 August 2018)

Fixed: Chapter Select Bug - This button would become inactive when completing the game. Users may need to replay the final level to now fix this by the Continue Game feature.

Fixed: Level Skipping Bug - Player would not spawn in the correct place on next level load from the Main Menu. This would cause players to unintentionally skip large sections of the game, missing story and puzzles.

Fixed: Left and Right arrow buttons on the keyboard would not rebind to any actions in the Controls menu.

MAJOR FEATURE ADDED: CHAPTER SELECT MENU OPTION

You asked, we delivered. As definitely the most requested feature from our community, we have now added a Chapter Select option to Q.U.B.E. 2. Players will now be able to access and play their favourite levels again and again with the new Chapter Selection feature without impacting their current save game or completed save game. Simply go into the menu and you will see the Chapter Select option.

Fixed: Nvidia Ansel not working.

Fixed: Some UI elements still remain on screen when Ansel is active.

Fixed: 'Apply' and 'Back' buttons should be in caps.

Fixed: Default resolution should be the maximum support on current display screen.

Fixed: Placement animation would sometimes get stuck on a loop.

Added missing names and corrected some names in Credits roll.

Added backend code to prepare for DLC packs.

Patch 1.2 (29 March 2018)

Added: Disable Auto Turn option. This option will prevent the player from automatically turning when launched by a blue cube. It can be found in the Accessibility menu.

Added: Disable Camera Bob option. This option can be found in the Accessibility menu.

Added: DLC menu added in the main menu for those who have bought DLC.

Fixed: Rebinding controls causes use to get stuck on the keybinding menu.

Fixed: Localization - LEFT in the keybinding menu was not localized.

Fixed: When changing a setting in the Options menu other than Resolution, it would change the resolution to 1920x1080 or the highest supported resolution.

Fixed: Increased default subtitle font size to 20, and increased subtitle size to 30 for resolutions above 1920px wide.

Fixed: Sometimes cube types wouldn't attach to white surfaces, especially on moving platforms and later in the game.

Fixed: Changed FOV range from 80 - 110.

Fixed: Removed duplicate keybind for changing energy.

Fixed: Pause menu chapter name and number sometimes disappearing.

Fixed: Pressing left would return to tab selection in Options when using a gamepad.

Fixed: Ambient audio was still audible in the main menu and other areas after setting all volume sliders to 0.

Fixed: Slightly increased force needed to crush Physical Green Cube.

Fixed: Collision bug causing players to get stuck under the world in the final puzzle rooms.
