Game Modes and Core Features
1. In 8x8 mode, you can invite friends to join the match. Every game becomes a battle of minds, where strategic flips and timing matter most. It’s perfect for those who enjoy competing and thinking ahead together.
2. If you prefer solo challenges, the Puzzle mode offers handcrafted scenarios that test your logic and creativity. Each puzzle presents a new situation that requires smart moves and flexible thinking to solve.
3. The Skill Badge system is one of the game’s key highlights. Equip powerful abilities like Block, Swap, or Guardian to defend, disrupt your opponent, or shift the momentum of a match. Choosing the right skill at the right moment can completely change the outcome.
4. Customization is also at the heart of Grid of Change. You can personalize your chess pieces, board design, and skill combos to reflect your unique playstyle.
For competitive players, the ranking system allows you to climb from Bronze to Champion. Earn your spot on the leaderboard as you improve your tactics and battle your way through increasingly skilled opponents.
Simple to Learn, Deep to Master
1. Grid of Change is easy to pick up but packed with strategic depth. Place your tokens to flank and flip your opponent’s pieces in all directions. Learn to control key tiles early, especially the corners, which offer lasting advantages and cannot be flipped back.
2. Skill Badges let you add a tactical layer to every match. Use them wisely to block moves, remove enemy pieces, or protect your own. Combining the right skills at the right time is often the key to victory.
3. Grid of Change blends the accessibility of a strategy board game with the strategic depth of an abstract board game. It is a board control game built for players who enjoy smart decisions, evolving challenges, and tactical thinking.
