Description
Aura Sphere Align Lab offers a captivating puzzle experience where your task is to create stable arrangements of glowing orbs following specific level patterns. Each level defines a target layout including orb positions, aura influence radii, and a unique light pattern. Your goal is to position the orbs within acceptable tolerance zones, so the composition stabilizes and triggers a calming “Zen Fade.”
Every orb has individual properties such as radius, mass, auraStrength (influence radius), textureType (paper, stone, ink), and, when set, a targetPosition. When orbs move close, their auras interact with gentle attraction or repulsion forces, enhanced by a phase resonance effect that temporarily brightens their glow. This interaction creates a dynamic and visually engaging challenge.
Orbs snap softly into place when moved near their target positions, using interpolated damping for smooth, natural settling. A level is completed when the combined deviation of all orbs from their targets falls below a set threshold and their velocities drop under a minimal level, ensuring the composition is balanced and still.
Controls are intuitive: drag and drop orbs toward targets, tap to toggle force orientation (changing the attraction/repulsion direction), and long tap to show “aura of the target” hints if enabled. Double-tap returns an orb to the panel. Buttons include Undo to revert moves, Hint for assistance, and Restart to begin the level again.
The physics engine uses simple 2D semi-implicit Euler integration with damping, using aura-based forces rather than hard collisions. Visual effects include subtle roll and slide motions rendered with CoreGraphics and glowing resonance effects powered by Metal shaders, delivering an elegant ambient atmosphere.
Aura Sphere Align Lab blends precise physics with serene visuals and intuitive gameplay, offering a meditative puzzle where careful alignment and balance of spheres lead to satisfying harmony and a peaceful gameplay flow.
