How to play Sudoku
The goal of Sudoku is to fill a 9x9 grid with numbers, so that each row, column, and 3x3 section contains the numbers 1 through 9. At the start of the game, the 9x9 grid will have some cells already filled in. Your task will be to use logic to fill in the missing numbers and complete the grid. Note that a move is incorrect if:
Each line contains several of the same number from 1 to 9
Each column contains several of the same number from 1 to 9
Each 3x3 grid contains several of the same number from 1 to 9
Eight Sudoku
Sudoku is a fun puzzle game once you get the hang of it. Learning how to play Sudoku can be a bit intimidating for beginners. So, if you're a complete beginner, here are some Sudoku tips you can use to improve your Sudoku skills.
Tip 1: Look for rows and columns of 3x3 sections containing five or more numbers. Focus on the remaining empty cells, trying the numbers that haven't been used. In many cases, you'll find numbers that can only be placed in one position, considering the others already in their row, column, and 3x3 grid.
Tip 2: Visually divide the grid into three rows and three columns. Each large column will have three 3x3 grids, and each row will have three 3x3 grids. Now look for columns or grids with two of the same digit. There should logically be a third copy of the same digit in the only remaining nine-cell section. Take a look at each of the remaining nine positions and see if you can find the location of the missing digit.
