When you see a player is nearby in your vicinity, you can "poke" him / her, Poke-a-Team Finder sends out a notification even as their app runs in the background.
The app uses no internet and totally runs on Bluetooth low energy (BLE)! Being on adventure and having fun without incurring hefty internet bills while finding like-minded players via BLE makes this app extremely economical even in terms of energy consumption. You could run the app in the background all day and still retain the battery on your device.
The app is free-to-use and is optimized for iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.
