Of je nu informatie wilt ontvangen….orders, werkbonnen, inschrijvingen, registraties, enquêtes, aanvragen of andere formulieren. Of informatie wilt delen zoals handleidingen, nieuwsbrieven, procedures, werkinstructie of andere documenten.
Met Inform word het makkelijker, sneller en goedkoper om informatie uit te wisselen.
Handig en veilig
Inform heeft allerlei handige tools. Zo kun je diverse tekst, meerkeuze of numerieke velden aanmaken, aanvinken wat van toepassing is, handtekening zetten, foto of video toevoegen, een pin met notities maken in een foto of afbeelding, locatie vastleggen, nummerbord invoeren en gelijk gegevens opvragen bij RDW en nog veel meer.
Je kunt formulieren in concept zetten en er later mee verder gaan. Ook push-notificaties ontvangen als een collega een vooraf ingevuld formulier voor je klaar heeft gezet. Ook is er data in de app te zetten zoals een namenlijst, actielijst, materialenlijst, etc. Alle data wordt met encryptie verstuurd en op een beveiligde server bewaard. Ook vertrouwelijke informatie kan dus op een veilige manier van zender naar ontvanger.
Je hebt dus altijd de juiste formulieren bij je op telefoon of tablet en kunt er ook offline mee werken. Start nu met het besparen van tijd, geld en papieren formulieren.
Credits
Inform werkt met credits maar niet voor de gebruiker van de app. De credits worden gekocht door de eigenaar van de formulieren. Inform werkt met Pay Per Use. Elk formulier dat wordt verstuurd verbruikt 1 credit tenzij er meer dan 5 foto’s worden meegezonden of speciale functionaliteit in het formulier is toegepast. Bij het bouwen van het formulier wordt dit met de eigenaar vastgesteld en in het account vermeld. Ook wordt hier het credittegoed en -verbruik bijgehouden, kunnen formulierwijzigingen en/of nieuwe formulierverzoeken ingediend worden en gebruikers beheerd worden.
