SECOM Alarm
With “SECOM Alarm” app, you can monitor and manage the security condition of your place in real-time, from anywhere, and on your mobile devices. SECOM Alarm’s interactive security gives you easy awareness and understanding of what is happening in your place remotely. And if something happens there, it is also easy to find proper solutions via "SECOM Alarm" app.

Also, “SECOM Alam” app has three types of mobile panic buttons such as “Call police”, “Call fire department”, and “Call ambulance”. When you face emergency situation, you can use this mobile panic button on app. Then SECOM’s operator contact law enforcement officer for taking appropriate actions in case.

Furthermore, “SECOM Alarm” app collaboratre with IMOU and HIKVISION application. If you use IMOU/HIKVISION CCTV with SECOM service, you can easily use SECOM app and CCTV app together.

With “SECOM Alarm” app, the following functionalities can be used;

■Security-related functionalities
• Current security condition check of your place
• Arm / Disarm of security system in your place
• Mobile panic button (Call Police, Fire department, and Ambulance via SECOM operator)
• History check of the security condition
• Contact to Alarm Monitoring Center
• Link to CCTV applications

■Functonalities other than Security purpose
• Check the monthly invoice and current balance statement
• Payment of monthly fee by credit card
• Check / Change customer’s information
• Check of current campaigns

This “SECOM Alarm” app is provided by Secom Aktif Elektronik Güvenlik Çözümleri A.Ş. And it requires a Secom Alarm System and monitoring service plan. The functionality of the application varies based on the types of equipment and services on your contract.
