Beim Öffnen des verschlüsselten Dateianhangs wird dieser über eine sichere SSL-Verbindung an die SX-MailCrypt E-Mail-Verschlüsselungs-Appliance übertragen und dort nach Eingabe des dazugehörigen Passworts entschlüsselt angezeigt. Dank dieser sogenannten Zwei-Faktoren-Authentifizierung ist die Vertraulichkeit der E-Mail-Nachricht garantiert und vor Phishing-Attacken geschützt.
