- Ustası Burada web sitesi ve mobil uygulamasına standart üye olmak ve etkileşimde bulunmak ücretsizdir.
- Akıllı arama motoru ile üye zorunluluğu olmadan hizmet almak istediği usta ya da firma profiline kolay ve hızlı bir şekilde ulaşabilir.
- Teklif süreci ile zaman kaybetmez. Yakınlığına, değerlendirme puanlarına, aldığı yorumlara ve hizmet kategorisine uygun meslek profillerini inceleyerek tercih ettiği usta ya da firmayı aracısız hemen arayabilir.
- Usta ya da firmayı aramak için ayrıca ek bir ücret ödemez. Tüm aramaları kendi telefon operatöründeki ücret tarifesi dahilindedir.
- Usta ya da firma ile aracısız doğrudan görüşür, görüşme sonrası anlaşma sağlanan işe ait satın alınan hizmet ve hizmetler için ayrıca komisyon bedeli ödemez.
- Hizmeti değerlendirmek için usta ya da firma profilini her bir hizmet süreci için ayrı ayrı puan vererek değerlendirebilir.
- Hizmet aldığı usta ya da firma profili yorumlara açık ise; saldırgan, zararlı ve/veya küfürlü dil kullanımı, bir sınırlama olmaksızın, küfür, saygısızlık, taciz, müstehcenlik, argo, kaba konuşma ve nefret söylemi (ırkçı/ayrımcı konumsalar vs), yasadışı faaliyetleri yönlendirici söylemler, firmanın hizmet ve ürünlerini kapsamayan veya bir değeri olmayan yorumlar, web sayfası ve mobil uygulama standartlarını ihlal edecek dil kullanımı, farklı bir usta ile ilgili yorumlar, talep edilen hizmet ile ilgili olmayan iş istekleri, yalan veya yalan olabilecek beyanlar, Ustasiburada.com’u küçük düşürecek veya firmanın itibarini zedeleyecek yorumlar, hakaret ve kötü söylemler içermeyen kişisel hak ve yecek şekilde yorum yapabilir.
- Usta ya da firma meslek profillerini favorilerine kaydedebilir.
- Her bir kullanıcı kendi mesleki bilgisine uygun usta ya da firma meslek profili yayınlayabilir.
- Güncel bloglara ve içeriklere üye olmadan erişebilir. (Puan verebilir, yorum yapabilir, paylaşabilir)
Usta ve Firmalar;
- Meslek profil sayfasına sahip olur. İletişim bilgileri, konumu, tanıtım metni, hizmetleri, ilgilendiği markalar, profil ve galeri görselleri, onaylı belgeleri yanı sıra müşteri değerlendirme puanları yayınlanır.
- Her bir üyelik profiline özel 0850’li ya da şehrine ait (santral uygunluğuna göre) alan kodu olan bir telefon hattı tahsis edilir. Bu numara üzerinden gelen iş ve hizmet talepleri için aracı olmadan doğrudan müşterisi ile görüşür.
- Kolay ve erişilebilir üyelik tercihleri ile meslek profili zaman sınırı olmadan yayında kalır.
- Teklif süreci ile zaman kaybetmez, verdiği hizmetler için ayrıca komisyon bedeli ödemez ve tüm kazancı cebinde kalır.
- Çağrı bilgisi, üyelik süreçleri ve profile özel kampanyalar için anlık bildirim alabilir.
- Hizmet verdiği kategori ve hizmet türüne özel değerlendirme puanı alabilir, aldığı puan ve eksiksiz profil bilgisi ile usta listeleme ekranlarında üst sıralarda listelenebilir.
- Standart kullanıcı sözleşmesine ek bir sözleşme ile yorum alabilme özelliğini aktif edebilir.
