All you need is:

The app offers an auto-renewing subscription based in-app purchase (IAP)
Methodist's method (subscription) allows the teacher to specify the appearance of numbers and expressions, and also create tasks according to the individual training program.
Subscription name: Access to metodist's mode;
Subscription cost: $2.00 (USD);
Subscription duration: 1 month;

Auto-renewing subscription: You subscription will be renewed every month i.e. you will be charged every month.
