Description
複数のワードや、フレーズを記憶する場合、まずは、二つの記憶すべきワードやフレーズを覚え易いワードやフレーズに変換し、連想しやすいツアーを設定し、そのツアーの場面ごとに、その二つの記憶すべきワードやフレーズをひつとのストリーとして記憶します。そして、次々に記憶すべきワードやフレーズを変換し、前のストーリーと関連付け新たなストリーを記憶します。
例えば、一つのツアーとして、朝の出勤経路をイメージし、最初は家を出るところ、次に駅の改札、、ホームでの電車待ち、 電車の中、、、会社に到着、、、デスクでコーヒーを飲む、、、、 などなどイルージできます。
記憶するワードとして、ランダムに、「傘」、「カレーライス」、「宿題」、「料理」、「シャワー」があるとして、傘とカレーライスをペアにして、家の玄関を出る場面のイメージに、ストリートして 「玄関に立つと、真っ赤なブーツがあり、その中に折り畳み傘が入っていた、ドアを開けようとしたら、妻が今夜は息子の誕生日でカレーにするが、オマール海老を買ってきてと声かけられた」 など、ストリーのイメージになるべく奇抜な物語を考え記憶しやすくする。
アプリは、ツアー毎に記録し、そのツアーには、記憶するワードやフレーズごとにストリーを追加していく。イメージには、フォトライブラリー、または、カメラでツアーの場面にふさわしいフォトを添付する。
記憶アスリートは、この訓練を行い、トランプの全ての並びを記憶したり、50品目の買い物リストを記憶したり、、と訓練により記憶力を鍛えている。
学生であれば、英単語の記憶や、歴史の時代記述など、応用範囲は広い。
