De VERJO Bordentrainer is een spel waarmee je op een leuke manier jouw kennis test van de verkeersborden in Nederland. Beantwoord zoveel mogelijk vragen zo snel mogelijk goed. Hoe beter je bordenkennis en reactietijd, hoe meer punten je haalt. De app onthoudt de 5 hoogste scores die jij gehaald hebt. Je kunt je score delen met je vrienden op Facebook of via Twitter.
Ook is in de app een overzicht opgenomen van de Nederlandse verkeersborden met de officiële betekenis (RVV1990).
In de app kun je kiezen of je de bordenkennis wil testen op rijbewijsniveau of op het niveau fietsdiploma. Bij de training rijbewijs wordt de wettelijke betekenis gevraagd. Voor het fietsdiploma hebben we een makkelijkere omschrijving gebruikt en afgestemd op de jonge fietser. Bij de training fietsdiploma worden alleen de belangrijkste verkeersborden voor fietsers getoetst.
VERJO heeft dit gratis theorie-examen ontwikkeld, omdat een goede kennis van verkeersborden belangrijk is om veilig deel te kunnen nemen aan het verkeer. Essentieel hierbij is de snelheid waarmee je het verkeersbord kunt herkennen en weet wat het betekent.
Kennis van de verkeersborden is daarom een belangrijk onderdeel van het theorie-examen bij het CBR maar ook bij een fietsexamen. Natuurlijk zijn er ook nog vele andere onderdelen die je moet kennen op de officiële examens.
De VERJO bordentrainer is een gratis aanvulling op de VERJO theorieboeken en theorielessen van de rijschool als voor bereiding op het halen van je rijbewijs. Al ruim 30 jaar zorgt VERJO ervoor dat iedereen die veilig door het verkeer wil zich de juiste kennis eigen kan maken. Want wij willen dat je slaagt… niet alleen op het examen maar ook in het verkeer.
