Getting behind the wheel is the best way to feel and understand how these technologies work, but CarTech VR360 provides the next best thing. CarTech VR360 can be used by anyone with a smart phone.
CarTech VR360 is part of MyCarDoesWhat, a national campaign designed to educate the public about safe driving features and how best to use them. The campaign highlights both old and new technologies which are being added to cars every day. MyCarDoesWhat.org offers simple animations, videos, games and infographics describing or demonstrating nearly 30 vehicle safety technologies. MyCarDoesWhat is presented by the National Safety Council and the University of Iowa. Learning how to use these features, also known as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), may help you drive smarter and safer. They may even help prevent a crash. MyCarDoesWhat reminds every driver that while technology can help us drive safer, YOU are your car’s best safety feature.
