คำอธิบาย
Con una semplice formazione in aula, è difficile che a distanza di tempo le persone ricordino quanto gli sia stato trasmesso e che riescano a mettere in pratica gli insegnamenti, con conseguenza che la formazione rimane fine a se stessa.
Change Behaviour prevede, invece, che dopo l’aula ci sia un periodo in cui ciascuno si metta alla prova, si eserciti affinché gli insegnamenti diventino parte integrante dei comportamenti e dia risultato concreto a quella che è stata la formazione ricevuta.
Attraverso la piattaforma Change Behaviour, è possibile scegliere il tipo di formazione che più fa al caso nostro, scaricare contenuti originali, apprendere le nozioni e poi partecipare a delle sfide, una a settimana per 4 settimane consecutive. Ciascuna sfida prevede che ci registriamo durante l’allenamento per poi inviare al tutor il video “vincente”, così da ricevere i suoi feedback e valutazioni.
Ogni settimana sarà decretato il vincitore della sfida.
Di base, i temi su cui possiamo allenarci sono:
1. Curriculum e colloquio di lavoro;
2. Presentazione della nostra azienda e Public Speaking;
3. Gestione delle Obiezioni;
4. Chiudere una Vendita con successo;
5. Dare e Ricevere Feedback;
ma formazione e sfide possono essere customizzabili completamente, a seconda delle esigenze del singolo o del team aziendale.
Il tutor resta sempre a disposizione e raggiungibile tramite chat per tutto il percorso.
