Description
Nuestra app ofrece una solución para la gestión eficiente de pedidos de despacho de Tabletas y otros dispositivos. Nuestra plataforma permite a los despachadores acceder fácilmente a un conjunto de órdenes para su procesamiento.
Cada orden contiene una lista detallada de usuarios a los cuales se les debe entregar o despachar los dispositivos correspondientes. Estas entregas están sujetas a cuatro estados distintos: Pendiente, Rechazado, Enviado y Completado.
Inicialmente, las entregas se encuentran en estado Pendiente. Una vez que un usuario completa el formulario de entrega en la aplicación y lo sube, la entrega cambia al estado Enviado. Los estados Rechazado y Completado son asignados por los usuarios administradores a través de nuestra plataforma web, indicando el estado final de la entrega, lo que se realiza fuera de la aplicación móvil.
Además, cada orden puede encontrarse en uno de dos estados: Completado o Pendiente. Una orden se considera Completada únicamente cuando todas las entregas asociadas a la misma han sido marcadas como Completadas. En caso contrario, la orden permanece en estado Pendiente hasta que todas las entregas sean procesadas.
