Evaluo provides support for all testing processes: from test creation, test delivery, candidate management, results reporting and analytics.
For the creation of tests, the only limitation is the imagination of test authors. The platform provides support for more than 15 different question types, which can be used for easy creation of tests as well as question banks. Question banks serve as repositories for questions of different categories, types, as well as difficulty levels. They are created once or over the time and are used to automatically generate and distribute unlimited number of tests, by simply specifying the number of questions per test and difficulty level. For each created question, authors can also include reference to syllabus, learning materials or other references. In this way they can create tests which can be used as diagnose tests or preparatory tests.
Test authors can publish tests as public, private or only for themselves. In case of public tests, which are accessible through everyone, test authors can choose to share the news through all social media and different communication channels.
The delivery of private tests is supported by the ExamManager, which allows scheduling of exams, creation or selection of candidates, invitation of candidates, as well specification of additional exam characteristics, such as shuffling of questions, bulk scheduling, manual scheduling, retakes, number of times test can be taken, surfing through tests, etc.
For test authors that are looking to monetize their knowledge, Evaluo provides support for sales of tests, by covering the entire payment process at very competitive conditions. The only thing that test authors must take care off, is to have good contents and define the right price for their tests.
Tests remain always the property of test authors and Evaluo, unless is reported to violate the rules of good content and, or property rights rules will not remove them from the cloud.
Test taking for candidates is made very easy. In case of public tests, candidates can take the test in their preferred device (mobile, notebook, tablet, or desktop). Upon finish platform automatically generates the results, which, candidate can browse and check for mistakes and right solutions.
And finally test authors can generate detailed reports and use excellent analytics.
