Die Meditationen sind von der Autorin Serena Rust entwickelt und gesprochen.
Sie unterstützen dich bei der Entwicklung deiner Fähigkeiten, sowie bei der Stärkung deiner inneren Haltung. Bei spezifische Klärungsprozesse hilft dir der Giraffen Kompass. Durchlaufe in drei angeleiteten Meditationen unterschiedlicher Dauer die 5 Schritte Technik, zur Klärung von schwierigen Situationen.
Für besonders akute kommunikative Notfälle wurde in der App ein Stop-Button integriert, mit dessen Betätigung du einen Schutzraum schaffst und dem Gegenüber signalisierst, dass jetzt eine kommunikative Pause unumgänglich ist.
Die Tagebuchfunktion unterstützt dich mit einer inspirierenden Struktur, so dass dir deine Bedürfnisse bewusst werden. Du weckst die in ihrem Kern schlummernden Kräfte und lässt sie Schritt für Schritt in dein Verhalten einfließen. Dein Leben wird saftiger und vollständiger.
